Bridging the gap between qualitative and quantitative research through Interactive Path Flows (IPFs). Data visualization design of the customer journey during recorded research sessions to enable speed to insights.

Central to this design was enabling quick access to video content so that customers could connect quantitative data with qualitative understanding.

Data Overlays

In this view, customers can manually add success overlays to the data visualization to identify customer journeys that follow the “Golden Path” or lead to successful outcomes. 

Ongoing work is in progress to understand intelligent overlays of data such as intent and sentiment.
